Hyatt Hotels Corp. struck an exclusivity agreement with Playa Hotels & Resorts that may lead to the acquisition of Playa by Hyatt. Playa currently owns and operates several Hyatt-branded properties, including the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica. (Hyatt Hotels Corp.)
