The office building that Argent Ventures purchased in Iselin, New Jersey, is part of Metropark, a roughly 19-acre site that once housed thousands of Siemens workers that has since been revitalized as a multitenant campus. The building became vacant after Siemens' leaseback-deal for the site expired. (JLL)
