Westport Capital Partners, in a joint venture with certain affiliates of Galaxy Investments, has acquired the Tavern Square mixed-use complex in Old Town Alexandria from New York City-based real estate investment and consultancy company, The Pyne Companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
