A Southeast real estate investor has acquired the headquarters of Boeing Co. subsidiary Argon ST for its first investment in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Grubb Properties, of Charlotte, NC, paid $38.8 million to special servicer C-III Asset Management to acquire Argon Plaza, a 274,930-square-foot, 10-story office building located at 12701 Fair Lakes Cir. in Fairfax, VA. The deal comes out to $141 per square foot.
