A leading Southeast real estate investor has acquired the headquarters of Boeing Co. subsidiary Argon ST for its first investment in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Grubb Properties, of Charlotte, NC, paid $38.8 million to C-III Asset Management to acquire Argon Plaza, a 274,930-square-foot, 10-story office building located at 12701 Fair Lakes Cir. in Fairfax, VA. The deal comes out to $141 per square foot.
