Monday Properties acquired a fully leased office building in Alexandria, VA, as the company continues to build out a substantial portfolio in Northern Virginia.
The real estate investment firm out of New York City paid $37.8 million, or about $262 per square foot, to acquire Cameron Run, a 145,244-square-foot, six-story building completed in 1990 in the Eisenhower Ave. corridor.
