The Lynnhill Condominium Association sold the 219-unit condominium community at 3103-3107 Good Hope Ave. in Temple Hills, MD through Chapter 11 bankruptcy to Dragone Realty Investments for $16.05 million, or about $73,000 per unit.
The community was 100% vacant while it was going through the bankruptcy process led by a team of lawyers from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
