Stratford Court-Boca Raton, a 4-Star assisted-living facility near Boca Raton, FL, has sold for $130 million to Welltower, Inc.
The Toledo, OH-based real estate investment trust bought the 393,453-square-foot property at 6343 Via De Sonrisa Del Sur from Senior Housing Properties Trust in Newton, MA. The sale worked out to about $330 per square foot.
