Boyd Watterson Buys The International Trade Commission Bldg. for $118.6 Million

Boyd Watterson Asset Management completed a deal with Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) to acquire a nine-story office building in southwest Washington, D.C. home to the headquarters of the International Trade Commission.

The independent investment advisor out of Cleveland, OH paid a net price of $118.56 million, or approximately $451 per square foot, for the 262,959-square-foot, Class A building at 500 E St. SW.
