WealthEngine, a business development service, signed a multi-year sublease for 25,605 square feet in the office property at 8619 Westwood Center Dr. in Vienna, VA.
The four-story building totals 98,568 square feet within the Westwood Corporate Center in Tysons Corner. The Long Property Co. developed the property in 1984, and in 2015, ESRI acquired the asset for $32 million, according to CoStar information.
