Afiniti is moving to an upgraded space adjacent to its old location, signing a lease for 18,510 square feet at 1700 Pennsylvania Ave. NW.
Grosvenor acquired the 200,000-square-foot property in 1986 and maintains its East Coast office in the building. Afiniti will be joining Groom Law Group, Institute for Defense Analyses, Carr Workplaces and a ground-floor Potbelly Sandwich shop.
